$1000 base plus 2% of all sales gross front and back $6000.

• and I sell cars when all salesman are busy.

That is good info to know, but for the purposes of this poll it isn't needed. Just trying to get an idea of the average pay right now.

So much to list in what I am responsible for:

~make sure I-leads are responded to in timely mannor
~Make sure all inventory is pulling and pushing to all sites
~Make sure all comments are pushing
~Manage inbound phone calls
~ROI on all lead providors
~Manage website
~update all specials
~manage facebook/twitter
~listen to phone calls and train as needed
~cover the sales desk as needed
~make sure all i-leads are being followed up on
~Website doc sheet to watch traffic levels and conversions to calls/leads
~I also oversee other marketing that is non-internet with advertising agency
~SEO/SEM

This is just a handful of things I'm responsible for. I am paid a small salary plus all i-leads/trackable phone-ups sold.
