Anyone know how to set up a Google Alert for your Google Places Page?

Windows only - but you could run it with Parallels or bootcamp I suppose.

It might be a good idea to download it before they completely remove it from the site. I wonder if it works on Mac? I never checked.

PC only. There are some Firefox plugins that are becoming available that do the same thing.

Here is a website that I found that may be of some help also and it's free. Although it wouldn't index Google places because of the Robot.TXT. At least that is what it said when I tried it. I did find it convenient because you can set up your alerts in an RSS feed or by email. I did test it out on my own site yesterday and I added a single comma at the bottom of the page and it did pick it up and was in today's alert that a change had been made.
