CarChat24 is going to have an Extended Beta with approved volunteer Beta test dealers to make sure our final version after Beta will be exactly the way our clients (Car Dealers) want it. Approved dealers who actively participate will be offered the free use of our premium chat software for up to 2 months, and may also qualify for our free 24/7 Staffed Back-Up support.

Offer: Approved dealers who are willing to actively participate in our Extended Beta testing will be rewarded with the free use of our new premium dealer specific live chat software. Beta test dealers may also qualify for free 24/7 Staffed Back-Up support. All we ask in return is the dealers active participation and feedback to help us make our software #1. We think we have already developed excellent software, but we will let the dealers feedback help us put the final tweaks on it before we complete our Beta and officially launch.

Looking forwarding to seeing a brand new product being developed with so much influence from the users (dealers). I've received some great feedback about what dealers want in chat over the last few years. In the "Dealer Manned or Wo-Manned" chat I think this new software will cover all the bases.

One thing I brought up with Shereef early on was that dealers want to design (or influence) the look of their chat icons to match their stores. Can't wait to see what this looks like in real life.

CarChat24 will not be the first to come out with these features but below were some of the main requests I had from my dealer network:

- Customize Chat Icons / Pop Up Windows (don't want to look like every other dealer in town using the same chat software)
- Iphone application - This is long overdue!
- Ipad Application

The most common request is "I want my staff to handle chats during business hours and use your operators after hours". Whether that is the best approach, definitely depends on the dealerships process.
