Jeff, Question of the decade. Ok a guy (not me ,ok its me) works for luxury franchise for 10 years. Always is #1 or #2 and takes over the internet department as well. Builds it from the ground up and does it all. Takes care of the internet site,pre owned listings are always up to date,dealers with venders and reps, helps everyone else in internet to handle technical issues, handles all the back end internet stuff and more not to mention still sells more than most and has good front and back end gross,repeat customers,good csi,handles everything from selling a car to loading paper in the copier to washing cars when he has too. Finally after going through 2 internet people who didnt care for it they finally ,after 10 years of not paying me say "well Frank I guess you were the best man for the job after all" , how much do you want to be paid?. I can do both, have done it ,proven it but what do you say a good pay plan is for someone like this?

Thanks for checking, I've only recently reclaimed some invested time now that the new agency site and product suite has been developed. Looking forward to being more active again.
