Closing % on 3rd party leads

Good afternoon, I'm a newbie here first time posting, I've tried to do a search on this topic and I can not find anything. I'm the CRM/Internet Sales manager here in Modesto Ca. and We average around 250 leads per month. I have 5 guys that handle leads. My question is what should be the closing rate for 3rd party leads? Any help would be great! Thank you again!
