Hello everyone. Long time lurker, first time posting.
While we spend a lot of effort tracking our online reviews, it just dawned on me that we don't really monitor what our employees say about us. Has anyone done any campaigns to get reviews from employees on sites like glassdoor, indeed, etc.? If so, have you seen much success from it?
At first glance, I would think a bad rating would cause an indifferent reaction to potential candidates, while a high rating might get you first crack at the talent, especially as more millennials enter the job market. What do you think?
