Hey everyone, just wanted to find out if anyone ever used VehicleXchange.
Last week I was assigned the task to dig into it and find out what's working and what's not, determine ROI and so on. I've tried to search for any details or information about VehicleXchange and couldn't find any posts or any other outlet to get some feed back. What I am running into is a very poor relationship between the dealership and lead source plus very misleading performance reporting no way to truly measure ROI.
Any feedback would be helpful.
