This isn't really a process or technology question, but I'm trying to find the best resources available for Fixed Ops Managers.

That said, what books, blogs, newsletters, forums do you read or recommend? What do you require Service Advisors read? And, of course, why?

Thanks,
Nathan

While I can't think of any books/sources that are specific to service advisors, I'd suggest the normal sales authors (Cardone, Zigler, Tracy, etc) and I'd highly recommend books on tape or Audible. Turing my car into a mobile university is one of the things that's helped me progress tremendously.

+1 for audiobooks and podcasts. I spend 1.5 hours in the car every day and listen to educational content or political podcasts the whole time.

The only book I've ever seen recommended for similar roles (not vehicle service) was
Amazon product
Haven't read it myself, but it was recommended to me when I had much more face time with clients.
