    Not a rumour: Query Builder being removed from Reynolds

    Dave Bates, the head of Reynolds support, reads and posts on this forum. He tells people to call Reynolds support when they have an issue. Since he not responding to this thread, it tells me that they are eliminating it. If it were a false rumor he would weigh in and say it is not true.

    I think they are just "testing the water" and judging the amount of heat they are going to take from customers before a nationwide implementation. The dealers who have experienced this are really pissed and screaming at Reynolds. But most have not been affected yet!!!

    I would also point out that in my experience Reynolds is the only DMS using these tactics against their customers and their vendors. The other DMS providers go out of their way to help customers work with their chosen vendors. Dealers write a big monthly check for support. They do have control.
