    Shift Digital Analytics vs GA4

It’s easy. Trust nothing from Shift digital.

    Test Leads

Might wanna read the room / know your audience just a little round these parts before going hard sell. Just a thought.

Automation in digital marketing? Get with the times!

Hey that’s my store. But before my time.

Internet Close Percentage Math - Two Formulas?

Sold in timeframe is the only right answer here, and there’s just no gray area. I cannot live in a world where past month metrics change until the end of time. It’s insanity.

    BDC Closing Ratio

Your GSM says you should be impacting 80% of the store’s business, solo, with handcuffs on? Respectfully, your GSM does not understand what he or she is saying on this topic.

    BDC Closing Ratio

I don't know that anyone can answer that. Leads are hottest the moment they arrive and get colder the longer they go. You not being able to touch them for a day or two makes your job much harder than it would otherwise be.

    Uncle Joe's Makeover Diary 2.0

Interesting idea. But I prefer simple, almost to a fault. Is this one CTA or is it three?

Those are manually selected in vAuto and then then vAuto template(s) do the rest. So maybe 80% robot 20% human.

    Uncle Joe's Makeover Diary 2.0

I used to spend a lot of time and effort writing some dare I say awesome custom descriptions. I found exactly zero benefit, even if it sounds nice. Now I let the robots do it and I’m much happier.

    Used Market Softening?

Pretty similar here. April's young, but we're extremely busy and customers are buying.

    A Return to 2008?

    Advertising

Every market is different. I think Truecar is (mostly) dead or on borrowed time at this point. There's just no value proposition as a buyer. Carfax, CarGurus, Autotrader, Cars.com - all work to varying degrees in different markets. May take some trial and error to find out which one(s) are right...

    VinSolutions 'AMP' product

Y’all are being too harsh. I’ve had *several* cox employees tell me how incredible AMP is. Several.

Cox Auto's DR package Esntial Commerce?

Someone needs to explain to me why vendors are pushing soft pulls so early in the process. Could be I'm clueless; it happens; but I just picture people nope-ing out of there all day long.

DI I know well, but 321 Ignition is interesting. What’s so special about them that they make your cut?

    Website Vendors

Alright folks; let's bring this thread back from the dead. If you're launching a brand new point (not an existing store, not a buy / sell), and are free from OEM mandated vendors, which website vendor do you choose and why? Only goal: best overall product. Support is important, but great...

    Google My Business adds inventory

Always dropping little truth bombs. There was such a hard push from EVERYONE to get this set up as soon as possible or else. And..... boy is it underwhelming so far.
