    I have recommended Dealerbuilt to dozens of dealer clients and have had many of them make the choice to go with them for DMS. I have yet to hear anything negative about the system, and have heard glowing reports about the sales and after sales teams.

    CRM with blocked email...

    This is the first time I have heard about this particular CRM having email "blacklist" issues. The rest of the big 3 have been fighting this exact issue for quite sometime.....So, as Alex said, as far as the Big 3 go this is probably as good as it gets.

    Jamie you are 100% correct. With a complete CRM there is no need for a secondary ILM. There are several very good CRM companies and it looks like you chose one of them.
