Looking for suggestions for Call / Text Tracking Number Provider?

We use TotalCX/DriveCentric but most trackers like CallRevu and CarWars have this function as well with most major CRMs.

    Service Mining Temmplate

What is the scenario for this? For someone working the service drive while the car is there or post RO closure? Email, text, or phone or all three? "Would you consider selling your car?" is the main theme right? Unknown equity, etc?

    Do elaborate @LilyBarnes

Best CRM for dealers in 2024?

How does one get their hands dirty on the topic of CRM offerings? Side question. What changes have you seen in your Used car inventory levels compared to last year at Performance?

Best CRM for dealers in 2024?

We moved to Tekion DMS (DMS & Service Scheduler) in November of 2022 but I pumped the brakes pretty hard on the CRM at the time and then again last year. They're a year or two away from getting to a CRM solution that would be considered competitive within the selection of CRMs that are out there...

Best CRM for dealers in 2024?

DriveCentric. I would point out that there are many successful dealers using old guard CRMs like DealerSocket, VinSolutions, and eLead but the key is they have a process, accountability, and training on their CRM. CRMs don't fail. People do. BUT Drive is easier for people to use (plus their app...

Newbie: Best CRM/ILM to work with Ford Brand

We have four Ford stores and we've used, over the years, DealerSocket, eLead, VinSolutions, and as of November, DriveCentric. Vin was solid but very complicated when compared to Drive. I agree with Marc in that the best CRM is the one your people use. Drive is easier to use than the others but...

    Buying Center CRM?

Why, what is CarGurus working on ;) I think everyone would prefer a single tool BUT since most CRMs haven't put that on their roadmap, I think many would take an outside tool to show all pure acquisition results from their efforts in all acquisition channels. IMO

    vAuto Replacement

Bill, Homenet has additional photo and overlay features including automation of overlays. Specials callouts by stock number or model/trim, unique feature callouts, etc. Homenet also had Snaplot which is what we were using for all vehicle photos on iPhones, and maybe vAuto users have that tool as...

A different approach to dealer website/chat AI? Ever heard of Seezar?

Whoa, okay, we'll look into that. Thanks @Ryan Everson

    vAuto Replacement

Just to be clear, Homenet is the syndication tool whereas vAuto is the IMS. Even if someone has vAuto and uses them to syndicate, the system is actually syndicating via Homenet behind the curtain. We had both because there are photo features that vAuto didn't offer as to why we had both. I've...

A different approach to dealer website/chat AI? Ever heard of Seezar?

May be a good question for them. The dealer may have wanted to move to a form at that point instead of moving the shopper down the path to schedule a time? Dealers tend to hamstring even the best technology.

    Buying Center CRM?

Oh man. This hits close to home. I've been asking for a "sold, kinda, but didn't 'sell' anything, we bought their car" status for years from Vin. We moved to DriveCentric late last year. The only thing that is closer but still misses the mark in Drive is the Dead Lead label in DriveCentric for...

A different approach to dealer website/chat AI? Ever heard of Seezar?

To be clear, this wasn't Matador's at all. It is a partnership for their foot-in-the-US-door from what I understand. I didn't see a single item of Matador product during the call.

A different approach to dealer website/chat AI? Ever heard of Seezar?

I'm always keeping my ear to the ground when it comes to new offerings in our space. I've been playing around with website chat options here in the last couple weeks and wanted to see the latest in AI chat for our sites. We currently have ActivEngage (humans) because of an "exclusive"...

    vAuto Replacement

We did. The approach is different though. vAuto relies on a lot of data from other vAuto stores which may limit some aspects for vAuto users. VinCue sees the value of historic differently as well. We also want to pay more attention to vehicle by vehicle instead of lumping them into buckets or...

Is there a good Sell My Car tool for my website?

I would love to know the conversion metrics of their Sell/Trade tool. Just because it's prettier doesn't directly relate to its conversion success. It's the "20Group lie". We look at someone doing better than us (on paper) and figure everything they're doing is better than us. That's how half of...

    vAuto Replacement

It was long enough ago that I don't recall all the reasons other than Dale had a solid argument in 2010/11/12 for the Velocity methodology. That and I peaked at 38 so any new knowledge I take in at this point, pushes out old knowledge LOL. I'll send you Danny's cell in a DM.

    vAuto Replacement

We had Max prior to vAuto and perhaps the only reason we left was when I called vAuto to ask a couple questions, Dale Pollak answered the phone. We were reading Velocity at the time so was a little star struck (he really is a great person). We went down that path in 2012(?) and had been with...
