They did not configure any connection to the servers. It just required internet access.

Do you think that the timeouts are related to your connection or their server load?
Well, orginally I thought the issue was with our network. Then I setup WIFI in the showroom that we all use that go directly out to the internet and I still have an issue. I spoke to ADP Support about it and what they said is that becuase your connection is more like a VPN connection even a split second blip in the connection will knock you off.

I'm curious, when the time-outs occur, do more than one of your W1K sessions around the dealership drop or is it just one station/user?

I have not done any testing to see if it is all at once or specific to a computer or nor. I just know that it happens across all computers when users are on the system.
