MileOne, Heritage Automotive is looking for a General Sales Manager / Sales Manager. This position ensures that the dealership meets its new and used car unit sales quotas and its gross objectives on daily, monthly, and yearly basis. This role will be responsible for setting the standards and goals of the sales team by working with them putting deals together for the customers and making the sale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management and all administrative duties, such as reporting cars sold, booking out deals and invoicing cars.

This is a long term career opportunity with very little turn over. Great income potential. We are in search of a strong Closer that can make deals! Must have verifiable references.


Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for New & Used car sales
• Follow up with Sales Team on leads and potential customer contacts
• Administrative duties
• Promote 100% customer satisfaction
• Create a sales philosophy based on CSI
• Implement proper customer handling procedures
• Lead Sales team to achieve their goals

Required Experience:
• Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals
• Outstanding communication skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent managerial skills
• Two plus years of automotive sales experience
• Two years in a dealership management position
