Has anyone had success with Tecobi

I just sat through a webinar with a texting company Tecobi. The company utilizes Facebook form lead submissions with phone numbers and instantly texts these customers. There BDC robot handles the lead until you are able to chat with the customer. In turn they are roughly around $18-$27 per lead form and state that they are selling every 1 and 10 lead forms submitted. I have seen there campaign builder in the Facebook campaigns menu during the webinar and have seen dealers spending $3,000 - $23,000 dollars per month on their program. Is this something I should be looking into or a hard pass. Thanks!

Welcome to the forums Patrick. You may want to reach out to Mike Davenport. I know that he has a contact there and can probably give you a good idea of the value of their services. If you don't know Mike PM me and I'll be happy to connect the two of you.

I know they are new but I have yet to see a negative word posted about then in any groups I am a part of. Jason and his staff seem to be doing an amazing job. Mike Davenport is using them and would be able to give more exact info, but I would say it would not hurt to try it.

Hello Everyone. If anyone would like more information please feel free to reach out to me directly. My sell phone number is (720) 708-0706. I'd be happy to provide more data on the results our clients are experiencing.

Thanks Brian! Jake is going to crush it soon! He is working hard!

@Rob

I don't know that the answer will help you, someone out there is probably killing it with Tecobi and someone else not so much.

There is more than Tecobi for this; inventory, budget, vehicle pricing, etc.

There is one thing I can out here though:

There are many people doing SM advertising, there are many companies doing SM advertising, but I have met none with the knowledge and passion that Jason @tecobi has.

Could be said of any tool. What works in one demographic might not in another.

Although a slightly different approach (with pinging FB Marketplace), it looks like Gubagoo is making inroads here as well.

Gubagoo Makes It Easier for Dealerships to Sell Cars Online via Facebook Marketplace
http://www.prweb.com/releases/2017/10/prweb14842814.htm

Dealers who are using Gubagoo ChatSmart and have enabled Gubagoo’s Messenger integration simply authorize Gubagoo to post to Marketplace. Within minutes, the dealership’s used car inventory is imported. Each vehicle will appear in a separate listing, and include a photo of the vehicle, a description, year, make, model, price, mileage, VIN number, and the dealership’s name and location. If prospective buyers have any questions or wish to make an offer, Gubagoo’s chat specialists will instantly respond through Messenger. Gubagoo’s operators are professionally trained to qualify incoming leads and upload buyer information to the dealer’s CRM.
