    The new J.D. Power 2016 Automotive Mobile Site Study is out, how did your manufacturer do? J.D. Power ranks the mobile sites of both the Manufacturers and the 3rd Parties.

    This is THE pull-quote, in mind;
    “Automotive manufacturer and third-party websites are increasingly being accessed via smartphones by new-vehicle shoppers,” said Deirdre Borrego, senior vice president and general manager of data & analytics at J.D. Power. “With so much at stake, manufacturers and third-party sites have to figure out how to execute an excellent online shopping experience, regardless of device.”

    I was surprised to see Mazda so far down. I've always enjoyed their mobile site. Hate to see Mercedes-Benz so far down the list but they are in the middle of a huge transition.

    Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and Lexus were all below average.
