just want to throw this out there- what's your guys take on recalls (speaking oem dealer but chime in with whatever). Do you y'all feel we're missing freebie opportunity from a financial standpoint (plus the obvious client goodwill). The way my group operates, we still view recalls as a chore and we don't market much to these clients, we handle them when they show up. Just curious to hear everyone's take- put the liability stuff aside, if a CRM like Shawn were to exist that made the process easy whereas dealers could undentify recall units from their parc with open campaigns and be fed the info in the form of a quasi CRM, even maybe a bolt on for our existing BDC's- would that peak your interest? Looking forward to hearing everyone's thoughts
