The nation’s leading automotive CRM, Virtual BDC and dealership software solution, ELEAD1ONE has an immediate opening for an Regional Sales Director responsible for all activities and results in a designated region, including prospecting, relationship development, sales, ongoing marketing consulting, and customer support to ensure goals are achieved and the ELEAD1ONE brand is upheld. Six-figure first year potential, includes monthly residual.

Other duties include:

o Acting as a liaison between dealerships and corporate offices.
o Participating in team meetings and events.
o Producing in-depth analyses and reports regarding field activities and dealership progress, including month-end reports and completion of marketing projects and assignments.
o Provide written and verbal feedback to the product and operational teams on new product ideas, and/or suggested modifications to existing products.
o Ensure current dealer satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to dealer problems, concerns or needs.
o Manage and monitor all contracts, as well as accounts receivable for the region.
o Managing accounts through field visits, phone calls, emails and follow up.
o Conducting sales and finance presentations.

Qualifications:

o Bachelors’ degree preferred; Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
o Meets high standards in verbal and written communication.
o Strong presentation and public speaking skills a must.
o Adept at business consulting, analysis and reporting.
o Must be a motivated self-starter and have the desire to succeed in a fast paced rapidly growing company.
o 10-years professional direct sales experience required.
o Automotive experience required.
o Ability to work independently from a remote/home office in the Northeast region.
o Strong relationship building skills.
o Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook required.
o Frequent Travel.
