I connect to a dealership using a Windows VPN and I'm able to and the Reynolds server to the connection settings and Ping the server. But when I try to open ERAccess is just checks for software updates then closes the screen. I'm not getting a serial number either. I've had conference calls with the dealer and Reynolds support team. Everyone from hardware, software, and security and no solution has presented itself. Is there anyone who might have experienced this before? Your help is much appreciated.
