As a Sales Manager (Independent Dealerships) with Selly Automotive, you will develop relationships with independent dealerships across the US in given territories through phone and prospecting efforts.

Manage new and existing sales opportunities for both customers and prospects as a Sales Manager for Independent Dealerships.

· Establish relationships with Independent Automotive Dealerships within territory to better help them see the value of using Selly Automotive technology

· Utilize a customer-focused selling process to identify needs and goals of potential customers.

· Find, qualify, and close new sales opportunities

· Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity

· Gain an in depth knowledge of Selly Automotive products and services


Skills & Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent

· Preferred 4+ years of SaaS sales experience (Dealership Software Preferred)

· 2-3 years of Retail Automotive Experience is preferred

· Worked with individual target / quota

· Must have strong sales techniques, excellent closing and negotiating skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Self-motivator, "hunter" mentality, disciplined, aggressive and experienced in planning and managing a large territory

· Must have an Android or iPhone

· Located in San Francisco Bay area is preferred but willing to make an exception for great candidate
