hey all- I am a few months in with our service BDC and thus far the results have been terrific- both financially and operationally. I have a question though- right now, I have a two person staff handling inbounds as well as proactively engaging with existing clients that are due for service, due for an inspection, have recalls open, haven't been to the shop in over a year and even giving declined ops a shot. Can you guys let me know what sort of criteria and things you target with your service BDC to drive traffic that I may be missing? Would love to hear some suggestions...
