Vendor Wars!

I read the PCG report and thought it had some great points across the board on websites, all their research reports are a good read. However, I did think there was a Pro Dealer eProcess vibe to it, but it wasn't surprising. Having been in this business for awhile, I've came to understand it's just how things work. Any automotive vendor will never put out any research or report that doesn't support what they do for a living. Trying to be profitable while staying unbiased and impartial in this business as a automotive vendor is impossible. I've learned to read between the lines and know what's feasible and what's fluff. For me it boils down to what helps sell more cars, and be more profitable, I leave emotion out of it.
