    Dave here from MINI of Peabody. I saw a thread you posted about recon process tracking for used cars. Do you recommend a particular spread sheet or a program instead? I am a service manager and I am working with my used car department to find a better program or spreadsheet, currently we are using kanban but I heard there is something more tuned in to our industry. thanks -Dave
