Anybody familiar with DealerFire?

DealerFire is by far, one of the best website providers in automotive retail. I'm more than a little shocked to hear of slow loading experiences since all of the benchmarking tests we've done for our clients show 0.5-0.7 load speed times as compared to 1.7-2.2 second load speeds for dealer.com websites.

One of the primary reasons to choose a vendor like this is to get a truly custom built site as opposed to the templated crap nearly every other vendor in the marketplace provides. Combined with the fact that they will only write original content and you end up with an actually valuable product offering. I still find that people are unaware of the harm the majority of website vendors in auto retail are actually causing their dealer clients. The content standards for this industry are not just unethical, but continue to put dealers at risk for copyright infringement.

We use DealerFire for our group site Rairdon.com and two of our dealersites, Nissan & Fiat. There platform is easy to use. Site performance is on the rise (as we make a few tweaks) and overall we are very happy with them. Then you add in their support is the best I've worked with, and I've worked with quite a few vendors. We also use DealerFire for our PPC & SEO. The SEO I'm not involved with. But the PPC is one of my primary responsibilities and I have notice a consistent increase in performance month over month since making that switch.

I switched from a smaller, local company to DealerFire because of the clean sites and rave reviews of their great customer service. It was time to make a change because the other company just wasn't keeping up with evolving technology and SEO standards and their service was terrible. So far, I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with DealerFire. Our site was developed in the amount of time promised, they've developed half a dozen things I requested that were not on the 'standard' site without charging extra, and every service request I file (unless super complicated) is resolved within a few hours. Our site just launched a month ago and traffic is slow but steadily rising. I have no doubt that with the content and PPC we have in place, our traffic will continue to grow and leads will increase tremendously over the next few months.

Anybody familiar with the automotive website company DealerFire? If so, I'd really like some feedback on them. Their websites look pretty good and their presentation was solid. My dealer group is currently with Dealer.com, but we're always trying to improve and keep our minds open....

Hello!
My company (3 rooftops) switched from a larger, more common provider to DealerFire in March 2012 and the results have been amazing! The quality traffic has increased substantially to our 4 websites with our bounce rate under 20% (closer to 12-15% on 2 sites) across the board. From design to production to launch, working with their team was wicked easy and extremely affordable. I researched different providers and sat through countless presentations and webinars for months before selecting DealerFire, and I have not once second guessed my decision.

They truly believe in excellent customer service and custom sites. Most ticket requests are handled same day, and even larger requests are handled very quickly. You can always reach someone at the office and unlike other providers - you know you are being heard.

And regarding their custom sites, there is no provider out there that offers the amount of custom design and layout options at such an affordable price. You can really design the look and feel you want, and have your brand displayed front and center. And now they're launching responsive design sites which are going to become so important with the boom of consumer's mobile growth. Their SEM has been great too.

Their sites just work, and they are extremely attractive and functional. They back up their product with outstanding customer service and their CMS is extremely easy to use and does allow the customization that all the big providers lack.
