I apologize if this is in the wrong section.

We mainly try to push Google reviews at our dealerships, but are looking for a way for our Sales People to be able to easily share them with customers. I know DealerRater.com has Sales Person pages where you can view the reviews they were tagged in. Like this: https://www.dealerrater.com/sales/Jim-Barth-review-62899/

Is there an easy way for Sales Person to compile their reviews across Google, Facebook, DealerRater.com, etc. Like how most website providers pull 5 star reviews from all sites onto a reviews page on your website like this: https://www.prestonhonda.com/about-us/customer-testimonials/

I know sites like Google and Facebook don't allow you to tag employees, but it'd be cool if you could tag these reviews on your website to associate them with an employee on your staff page.

Thanks in advance for any help and advice!

@bpreston it’s been awhile. A long while. So glad to see you stop by and join in on some conversation. :woohoo:

I’m personally not aware of any service out there that will aggregate reviews by employee while displaying them in a central widget. I’ve been stuck with utilizing the dealerrater tool. Not that it’s a bad thing, 80% of our reviews are made on dealerrater/cars.com anyways. Though I totally understand what you’re trying to accomplish and the purpose behind it.

@BenAdler maybe you would know of someone or a company that provides a service like what Bobby is asking for...

Thanks @Jeff Kershner for the mention...

@bpreston, I don't know anyone offering a service specifically for what you are asking for in terms of tagging staff. I know some vendors doing similar things. I think it's a neat product idea to add to my list.

GrowthFx offers pages like these http://staff.lutherbrookdalehonda.com/crystalanderson

SaySo offers a similar service but with video testimonials from customers https://video.greenwayford.com/hassan-abadi

REPConnect shows staff on the VDPs https://rostmotor.com/product/2017-ford-taurus-sel/
*Full disclaimer, I'm the owner of REPConnect

One startup is https://trustmywork.info that will be similar to Yelp but for Individuals in automotive.

If you wanted something quick and dirty, you could copy and paste reviews to your staff page. I'd be happy to help with things like styling so it looks nice.

We built a tool that did review rewards at a per employee level, based on their DealerRater reviews.
They got badges, gift cards, etc based on how many reviews they get on DealerRater, what words those reviews contain, how many 5 star reviews, 5 star review streaks, etc. It was alot of fun and we dove deep into this subject.

A few things we learned:
- working with Google Reviews API is a nightmare. They're changing too often, they provide things in random order, they specifically prohibit doing things the easy way, etc
- DealerRater being automated was huge for us, but having the dealer tag employees in Google reviews made it a bit more complicated and made the buy-in from dealers more difficult to get as well
- our incentives had to be per employee - anytime we gave too much incentive to the "top dog" the others would give up because their prizes paled in comparison to the prize given to the one guy that got all those reviews in the first week of the month

Once you have the reviews associated with each employee, you can show their individual ranking.
Again, this is much easier with Dealer Rater than with Google or Facebook.

An old coworker of mine is trying to do this very thing right now at KarFarm. They're having a tough time scraping from Yelp and Google, but the goal is to soon have a spot where the salesperson has aggregated reviews and can tout themselves, along with some inventory and promotional offers.
