Jaws dropped, mine included, as Don Flow, chairman and CEO of Flow Automotive Companies, addressed several hundred dealers and industry affiliates at Automotive News’ recent Retail Forum.

The dealers I work with have a T2L of about 3 days for used cars that do not need paint work using Rapid Recon and an inventory manager that constantly monitors it and manages the flow through the recon steps. The dealers I work with that have Rapid Recon but choose not to use it have a T2L of ... 5-20 days , they aren't really sure where any give car is in the process
