Do you do Indeed? I could see that being important for dealers in terms of how they've treated former employees. Along with Glassdoor.

Hey Alex - I have reached out to both, as I certainly see the value as well, and had this exact request from a well known dealer group. It all comes down to whether the review site has the proper infrastructure for us to be able to monitor and respond as you know. We shall see soon I hope!

On the Business Listing side (the big boys + more), looks like Vendasta uses Uberall, so just go to the source.

Uberall also has a very nice Engage product for Reputation Management, Reputation Monitoring, etc. Tons of customization.

Uberall Engage increases in-store sales by empowering you to monitor your online reputation across all of your locations. Respond to customers across multiple platforms - all from one inbox - or post social content to specific locations and platforms.

If I'm a dealer, I'm looking for a 3rd party that will adhere to Google's Snack Pack.

etc.

Again, I'm going to promote Vendasta's white label portal system because they take this into consideration (even if some of it is being done through Uberall).

I've never seen a dealer do bad, once I had signed them up, plus they have a white label.

Wide Wail looks to take a lot of Snack Pack into consideration.

Good stuff guys. Right now, we know that dealers in the #1 spot in the local pack receive more than 30% of the click throughs for a given local search, and that ranking is based on geo-location to the searcher, volume, frequency, quality and response to reviews.

We've had access to the GMB referral traffic metrics for a handful of our dealers for about 10 weeks and can report increases of 50-70% in referral traffic when proper response is in-play. The GMB refers traffic that converts to a lead at over 25% generally, so this is nothing to ignore.

I'm still pretty interested in Local SEO Guide's mention that reviews are now as or more important than inbound link strategies, as Google is learning to rely on the word of customers to determine if the business is a "good" business or not. If it is - more traffic and referrals from the GMB!

Appreciate the support gents.
