Looking for the fastest way possible to help get our website to the first page of Google. If there was one thing that could help more than others and be the most efficient what would it be?

Firstly, sign up for AHREF'S or any 3rd party tool to monitor the types of links you have pointing to your domain and evaluate their authority. This will give clear indication of whether you need a more diversified backlink profile or more authoritative links pointing to your website.
If you have good links pointing to your domain, perhaps it would be best to internally audit the structure of these links to pages that are most important to your and your dealership.
First page is credit possible, especially if you're looking to rank locally. There's many Facebook Groups dedicated to helping people new SEO's rank their websites.

Fiverr has quite a few freelancers that can rank your site pretty quickly. My company uses them for our clients when they want rapid rankings.
The backlinks you'll find on Fiverr are likely from Link Networks, which are spammed to death by merchants. Not to mention, PBN links are outdated, and a VERY outdated strategy for ranking.
As far as link blasting is concerned, that should be avoided unless you enjoy Google Penalties.
These days people should be focused on acquiring quality links, from websites relevant to their industry..
I’ve had really great experiences with fiverr. However, my company uses only one freelancer who is the highest ranked on the platform. I’m not 100% up to date on SEO practices but all of our clients have been pleased with the results.
