    Has anyone played around with custom audiences on Facebook? I just loaded the pixel on our site a week ago. Its a small audience so far (around 700) but increasing daily. I did one small campaign and had pretty good results but I wanted to hear from others as well.

    In the last 6 months we have seen a huge improvement in market share over our once crosstown rivals. We have a 320 unit CYTD lead over one (our largest rival) and 670 unit CYTD lead over the other. If the lay people are going to the other stores then they can keep them cause we're kicking their ass.

    Do you give Trade-in figures online?

    You should never give an over allowance on a trade. There is a lot of info out there on trades but there is even more on price. Over allowance=higher pricing. Don't focus on the minority of the customers. Play the odds. Fair trade offers + fair pricing + fantastic follow up= more happy customers.
