    We're about 175-200 with our BDC. That's everything (Int leads,Calls,Chats). They set the appointments and only our top salesman handle them once they show up.

    For pre-owned we're spending around $18/per car. We started doing our own in house photos for new inventory a few months ago with a two man crew. Once we got a process down we would eventually carry over to preowned, which I anticipate happening soon.
