    Using a dialer in a BDC

    Does anyone use a dialer? We have investigated using a vendor but they did not have alot of automotive experience or clients. In regards to delivering service they seem solid but just wanted to know if any of you guys use a dialer or considered it and can offer suggestions.

    Has anyone ever worked for, know of someone who worked for or have any knowledge on how they run their BDC? I have some interesting candidates that are interested but they don't provide very much information.

    Unified Pay Plans
