Another Internet Sales/Marketing Manager Pay Plan Thread...

Most dealers do a salary + $xx for every bdc/internet deal sold. Some pay like regular sales managers on a percentage of total gross. Then of course there are other things like job stress, job hours, insurance, 401k, demo, cell phone and other perks you can get that you have to factor in.

Can you tweak your incoming cars to match demand? I'm with Toyota and once cars are allocated to me I can change them to what I want. BY doing so you can increase your turn rate and you should be able to earn more cars. Also do you guys offer any services that the other dealer does not...

$2000 to play with..... Conversica/AVA vs Hooklogic

Hey David I have received the demo and a price quote. I would accept all discounts that you could offer. Will be signing up as soon as my GM gets back to the store. Was actually hoping to already have that done.

$2000 to play with..... Conversica/AVA vs Hooklogic

Conversica is $1800/mo and Hooklogic is $499/mo + cost of gift cards. I think both would be killer, but gm would rather spend the other money on leads... I will reach out to those guys thanks for the response I really appreciate it

$2000 to play with..... Conversica/AVA vs Hooklogic

I know these are two very different tools, but they are both high on my radar. With $2000 to spend which would you go with? I wish I could get both and add on a good ppc campaign, but I have to work slowly to get it all. So for you guys that have relevant knowledge of both tell me which would...

Lead Sources currently looking for a good one

Looking to add a new lead source to my mix to generate more traffic for my store. I am not really a big fan of leads for the obvious reasons. I have a few companies calling pitching subprime leads, but I would prefer new car and regular used car leads. I have the usual suspects cars.com and...

How do you get in-house plates?

In SC you have to sell a certain amount of cars to qualify for electronic registrations. So most small dealers don't qualify. Not sure what NY policies are. If you're only running about 20 deals couldn't you just send someone once every two weeks? In SC we have 45 days to register I think all...

    BDC Manager/Internet Director Payplan inquiry

I probably will help with some desking, but not do it exclusively. The GSM typically likes to touch ALL new car deals. UCM and a secondary desk guy work used. They all (bdc, cradle peeps) will report to me as far as leads, appts, deals, missed deals and training. Desking will probably continue as...

    BDC Manager/Internet Director Payplan inquiry

Both. Three internet salespeople that work deals cradle to grave and get paid like a regular salesperson. Also have three reps who only get the customers in. They are paid a small salary and bonused for having appointments show and sell.

    BDC Manager/Internet Director Payplan inquiry

1 store. The job would be to manage a staff of internet/bdc sales people and internet specialists. Create a sales process for them. Monitor their performance. Train them on the vehicles, sales process and other necessary skills. Tweak the crm schedules as needed. Follow-up with all internet...
