    Kelly, thank you for your post. It is helping me understand the dimensions of a service BDC. I'm not sure how we stack up to other dealers. When you say averages, are you talking about RO's ? Or something else?

    We sell between 80-120 per month. 60% used and 40% new. What type of tie in does this have on service beside the amount of future RO's we might expect? We have 450 customer RO's per month.
