    He sent us a "message" through the support chat today welcoming us to CRMSuite and it looks like we're now with their support people instead of Dominion's.

    It was a slightly odd arrangement with Tier 1 support handled by Dominion employees, but then anything more challenging had to be escalated to CRMSuite, but we weren't able to communicate with them.

    The initial conversation is handled by their own agents 24/7. If they communicate with the customer and get contact information, then it's sent to you as a lead.
