    Reynolds VPN issue

    Thanks for the reply. Turns out that the dealer has a third party IT team and they apparently do not know how to configure a VPN. Reynolds has been extremely helpful with the whole process.

    Web Based DealerTrack

    Does anyone know if you can switch to the non-GUI version in the Web Based DealerTrack? I know it's control+E on the other versions. I asked support and they were unsure.
