Utilizing ChatGPT in any significant ways?

It almost seems like the ChatGPT wave has calmed a bit, at least on the LinkedIn/news cycle front.

But, are any dealers still toying around with the tool, using it in their marketing efforts? Even any sales efforts?

How are dealers using tools like ChatGPT, and any other automation-related approaches?

Let us know how your dealership is using ChatGPT, and your thoughts on it's direction and use-case for dealers moving forward!

The dealers I work with are just getting started. Most common uses so far are pretty obvious:
- vehicle descriptions generated based on VIN decoder data and other DMS vehicle fields, CarFax, etc
- generating job descriptions, interview questions and contracts
- generating formulas for Excel, python scripts to export data to Excel, etc
- campaign content, promotional taglines and straight up campaign ideas - how can we sell more X?
- BDC scripts - both analyzing and generating

Not all of them work that well, but they all share a common thread of saving hours of someone's time.

That sound of silence is everyone racing to incorporate OpenAI in their products and workflows.

We are in crazy times right now. Companies that stand still will get disrupted.

This is what I've been saying at work and next week we're having a meeting dedicated to this.

We're looking at ways to incorporate it further, but equally important is educating our staff on what it can and can't do, because dealers are going to be asking / expecting and our client team needs to know that it's real and the answer is "Yes" we are using it today and will continue to grow our usage of it.
