Hey, DealerRefresh fam!

With some data showing that car shoppers are fairly inelastic about current vehicle pricing, it would seem that customer experience might be the clincher when it comes to where they spend their money.

How are you and your respective stores ensuring high CSI scores, and in turn, satisfaction and loyalty?

  • Have you implemented any significant changes to your processes since the pandemic started?
  • Are you focusing on a high level of training?
  • Are you utilizing vendors to bridge any potential gaps in the customer experience?
  • Or, are there any other methods you reckon not many are thinking about?
