Minimum 12-year sentence sound about right?
Not with his connections and money. I doubt he'll do a day, instead a massive fine, astronomical. The Feds will want a shit ton (if not all) of that back, there's that.

The depth of this is crazy. I wonder how deep they will dig into Vista's Equity or if they will leave it alone based on Robert Smith's cooperation/bus roll.
