Cars.com's Cars Social - Anyone using, or have success metrics?

I have dealer-customers who are being offered this new Cars.com offering. I know it is a relatively new service, but anyone using it, or have success metrics to share? Facebook retargeting for conquest, sold with some "loose exclusivity" in regions.
