Hi I am reaching out to Dealerships to see if I can get some recommendations for CRM systems that are both affordable and easy to use and implement. I have a client currently managing all of their leads through their DMS Autosoft but it isn't very effective for them and they are looking for an alternative that is not to expensive or hard to implement. The GM told me he has a veteran sales staff so it has to be easy to use, and preferably integrates with AutoSoft. I ask only because at DealerCue we do not currently offer a CRM solution. Looking forward to your responses thanks so much

Dominion's Web Control. Incredibly easy to use, very effective, and the least expensive option available.

I love Autosoft as a DMS (best bang for you buck). Have done some consulting with them, been to their HQ near Youngstown, OH.

BTW, there is a useful thread on this subject already https://forum.dealerrefresh.com/threads/looking-at-crm-choices.5205 (probably 10+ threads). It's just the same group of people here, saying the same stuff. ;-)

I would take a look at ELEADONE. This system has many features and benefits. Have used it for 5 years and if you set it up correctly and put the time into training you will make money with it.
