I'm vetting reward programs for a client. What vendors should I look at? Thank you!
I'd make sure to differentiate between sales and fixed-ops. Loyalty programs work better under fixed-ops, IMO. Most application focus on those. I used to partner with a few of these and pitch to dealers as part of their overall strategy.
I think it still imports (API) into DealerSocket CRM Contact Dashboard

You might also want to take a look at http://www.3birdsmarketing.com/dealer-solutions/service. At the end of the day, all of those loyalty apps are about service / fixed-ops and sales retention. Then again, I'm unsure of the consulting extent / what you're looking to provide the client.
I like rewads logix. Small but very good. Also check with your CRM sometimes they have programs that they will just give you!
No offense, but any group using Macromedia / Adobe Flash, in 2017, I tend to stay away from them.
I would run away. Sprint as fast as I can.
Flash is dead, insecure and an atrocious user experience.
Additionally, mobile support is bad at best.
