I recently switched CRM's and our follow up process disappeared.. I know the basic set ups but I am looking for something a little more creative and was wondering if anyone would be interested in some suggestions.. I am looking for complete workflow's for not sold customers and follow up for sold customers.. Any suggestions or worlflow examples would be greatly appreciated.. I work at a new car Honda dealership.

So if I understand your needs correctly, here is what you are trying to do

Build a workflow with automated emails and actions for your sales rep, bdc rep, sales manager and bdc manager to work a lead pre-sale

If the deal closes, do a different workflow?

Or something beyond that?
