You know that to keep momentum going and make the sale, you need to follow up with leads in a way that will engage and move them farther down the pipeline. But how do you know if or when your customers really want to hear from you?

It’s not that car shoppers don’t want to hear from you. It’s just that they know what they want and you need to know what they want in order to win them over. Here are three tips to help you do just that: https://www.dealerrefresh.com/tips-to-improve-follow-up-with-car-buyers/

Check out the blog and let me know what you think! Any tips you would add?

    Solid post @meganwalsh@meganwalsh

One that should resonate is "When there’s new information, be proactive in sharing." Too many dealers will follow up with customers using the
"are you still in the market" email template. Of course resulting in no response from the customer. Instead, assume they are still in the market and find SOMETHING NEW to send them. New inventory, new incentives, a new lower price. Something new and relevant. Your response rate will increase.
