Responsibilities for Automotive Digital Marketing Manager: You will work closely with our CEO, COOO, General Managers, General Sales and Executive Team to establish marketing goals and ensure profitability of products and/or services. • Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services. • Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities, focusing on website content and social media promotions. • Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns. • Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets. • Marketing Campaigns: Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns. • Digital vendor selection and program management: set clear goals and objectives and make sure all vendors are working together for best results and provide return on investment analysis • Creation and upkeep of online assets & ensure each team has what they need • Reporting: Put systems in place to monitor performance, show how digital affects bottom line, alignment with monthly sales goals and objectives • Oversee dealership photographers and drive success in product photography and engaging descriptions and audit dealership websites for accuracy and quality control Requirements for Automotive Digital Marketing Manager: • Previous dealership marketing management experience required • Tech Savvy, with passion for video, social media and what’s new in marketing technology • Great verbal and written communication skills . Google analytics analysis and reporting • Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required • Self-motivated and goal oriented • Some evening and Saturdays may be required • Must be willing to submit to a background check, pass a drug screen, physical and have a clean driving record.
