Hello everyone. First of all I want to say that I have been a long time lurker here and I appreciate the input here from all the extremely knowledgeable and helpful people. I am unsure whether this is the right thread to post this under, so, if it is not, I would kindly appreciate if one of the moderators would move it accordingly.

I have a question for the many knowledgeable members of this forum:

There is a great opportunity for arbitrage in this current market with several makes and models fetching well over MSRP at the traditional auctions (Manheim, Adesa, etc.). What would be a good strategy of doing this, considering the fact that, while not illegal, the resale of new cars is frowned upon and can potentially get you blacklisted by the manufacturers.
Based on the fact that there are plenty of current MY vehicles with less than 2000 ish miles currently for sale at OVE and hundreds going through the lanes each week, I am sure that there are some people that are taking advantage of this opportunity as we speak.
For more context, I am based out of Southern California.
I would definitely appreciate any input.
