I haven't heard of them at all, which isn't too surprising since there are so many digital marketing companies around.
For SEO I'd ask:
Is blogging included
Will you build links
What kind of links will you build
What is your local SEO strategy
The goal would be to make sure they are putting more effort into your SEO than your home page, make sure they are doing quality link building and make sure they understand local SEO.
For PPC and retargeting I'd ask:
What pages will you drive traffic
Will you provide suggestions for improving the page
What keywords would you target
The goal would be to see if they are going to create additional landing pages for the traffic, are going to help you improve quality scores and make sure the strategy meets your goals.
