Position Title: Dealer Performance Specialist

Position Description

The Xtime Dealer Performance Specialist position is primarily responsible for 1) driving customer utilization of Xtime products 2) improving the performance of and on-boarding new associates. and 3) driving retention within their assigned accounts. Specific activities include the following tasks:

  • Conduct phone engagements to ensure Xtime product(s) are configured to customer processes
  • To retain assigned client accounts in line with goals.
  • To partner with client to coach/teach/train vehicle sourcing best practices.
  • To build relationships with key users & decision maker.
  • To manage engagements across assigned client base in line with daily goals.
  • To analyze client software utilization data to identify at risk scenarios and or other corrective actions.
  • To schedule and manage calendar/client meeting invitations across client base.
  • To maintain a solid working knowledge of all related product functionality.
  • To effectively communicate product enhancements/changes as and when required.
  • To ‘wow’ clients with exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist in the advanced education/coaching with various functionality afforded to enterprise customers through Xtime’s product(s) as requested
  • Provide L2/L3 technical support to enterprise customers as requested


Qualifications

Industry Specific Background

  • At least 3 years Automotive Industry experience within dealership(s), and/or industry vendor(s)
  • At least 2 years comprehensive variable and fixed operations understanding of Dealership processes with regard to operational readiness within both the enterprise and dealership
  • Working knowledge of one or more DMS systems (desirable)
Technical/Management Skills

  • Ability to coach and mentor dealership associates driving improved level of performance and results
  • Experience with software systems and processes related to software operation such as planning and problem tracking software, and issue resolution processes
  • Account and/or Client Management experience with proven track record of operational objectives consistently attained
  • Ability and eagerness to learn complex technology and basic understanding of web-based systems
  • Experience with Salesforce desirable.
Other Required Skills
  • Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge of Xtime product(s)
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of automotive dealership fixed operations as related to Xtime product(s) core competencies
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively discuss technical issues with non-technical customer personnel
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work nearly autonomously
  • Desire to work in a highly collaborative atmosphere
