Hi All - I'm with a newer automotive startup called Quickride - www.goquickride.com Our main focus is automating & optimizing the dispatch, tracking, communication, navigation, etc of your service shuttles. We add an "uber like" user experience on top of your existing service shuttles to help you increase customer satisfaction and employee efficiency. We also survey customers along the way to help you identify any possible CSI issues so that you can address them before they turn into a negative OEM survey AND help you identify customers who are potentially interested in trading/appraising their current vehicles. On top of managing service shuttles, we also have a product designed to help schedule / track / dispatch pretty much any employee that drives for the dealership.
