So I'm doing some market research as I'm looking to know what are the key KPI's to making a dealership successful. What are the terms insiders use to describe these things... For example... How many leads does a Successful Dealership want each rep to have every month? What's the closing ratio that dealers want their reps to close? What are the biggest problems dealers are facing now in this social media age when they are looking to increase profitability?
