CRMs
... can make you millions of dollars, or they can be a mess of underutilized tools that your salespeople see as a chore to use. Have you ever felt like follow-ups are completed to appease the sales managers? Yeah, you and most other sales teams.

It doesn't have to be this way!

The problem with CRM tools
is that they require a massive amount of data entry by the salesperson, and most of the time... these efforts are duplicated by your sales managers, who are the highest paid people at a dealership. This isn't a good use of your dollars.

Great CRM systems should be directly linked to not just your website but your marketing, your digital retailing, and all of your lead generators directly. Doing this makes it more efficient for your sales team and enables management to understand what is happening with every customer at any given time.

So let's get hypothetical for a second...

What happens
if a customer fills out a credit application on your website?
Does it send a lead to your CRM for your salespeople to call? Or does it intentionally put a deal together using that credit application and send that data to your financing tools and digital retailing?

Reports on CRMs are only as good as the data people are entering... want the secret to making your reporting 100% accurate? Use tools that seamlessly integrate so that you never miss data, never miss a car deal, and never miss out on profit.
